James R. Bakker, in his 22nd year as PAAM’s auctioneer, brought the hammer down in a live auction. Highlights included a fine selection of works by Alvin Ross, Blanche Lazzell, Ross Moffet, James Lechay, Serena Rothstein, Chaim Gross and other favorites.
The proceeds from this auction directly benefited the exhibitions and educational initiatives of the Provincetown Art Association and Museum. Realized prices listed on this page include a 15% buyers premium.
PAAM's Spring 2008 Auction will be held on June 7th, at 7pm, and the Fall 2008 Auction is scheduled for September 20, 2008.
