Annual Meeting and Volunteer BBQ

August 4 @ 6:00 pm 8:30 pm

At the Annual Meeting, the general public is invited to review the past year with us and PAAM Members vote on the 2026-2027 Board of Trustees Slate of Candidates.

Immediately following the meeting, we’ll thank our volunteers with a BBQ dinner catered by Farland!

BOARD OF TRUSTEES Proposed 2026/2027 Slate

After careful consideration, the Nominating Committee believes that the proposed slate maintains a proper balance of artistic and business leadership for a diversified Board that will adequately reflect and represent the PAAM membership.  The following is the Slate of Candidates as submitted by the Nominating Committee for the 2026-2027 PAAM Board of Trustees:

Charlie Greener: Co-Owner, Perry’s Provincetown and Palm Springs; Brought up in glorious West London, Charlie worked in marketing for global beauty and spirits brands for over 15 years throughout Europe and Latin America. His passion for wine started during an internship at Robert Mondavi, and he’s never looked back since. Educated to WSET 3.

Loren Ostrow: With an extensive background in significant project development and management, Loren Ostrow has led successful endeavors as president of Silver Slipper Gaming, Bossier Casino Venture, and principal in KOAR International. His expertise spans major commercial real estate acquisitions, developments, and management, from casinos to hotels to shopping centers and restaurants. Loren currently serves as the CEO and President of Living Out, Palm Springs, a developer of senior housing alternatives for the LGBTQ community. His first project, a 122-unit independent living community, which broke ground in November, 2021 is located in Palm Springs, CA

Loren’s academic accomplishments include a B.A. degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Rochester, an MBA in finance and accounting from the same institution, and a J.D. degree from Stanford Law School.

Loren and his husband, Brian Newkirk, live primarily in Los Angeles and Palm Springs and also have a home in Provincetown, MA

Sky Power: born 1951 in Lubbock, Texas, has lived and worked in Provincetown, MA since 1976. 

While attending the Cornish School of Allied Arts in Seattle, WA in 1971, Power mentored with Dale Owen, who was then Dean. During 2010 through 2013, the artist studied with painters Paul Resika, Selina Trieff, and Robert Henry, all of whom were Hans Hofmann students in the 1940’s and 1950’s. 

Since 2004, Power has been an exhibiting artist at Berta Walker Gallery in Provincetown, MA, and for the past four decades has exhibited at various galleries and museums including George Billis Gallery in New York, NY, the U.S. Embassy in Muscat, Oman, New Britain Museum of American Art, Westmoreland Museum of American Art, Wichita Art Museum, Cape Cod Museum of Art, Cahoon Museum, and Provincetown Art Association and Museum. 

The artist’s work is included in the permanent collections of the U.S. Embassy, Valletta, Malta, and Provincetown Art Association and Museum.
