COVID Policy

If a student tests positive at any point during their workshop, they are required to not attend for five (consecutive) days, be symptom-free, and testing negative before returning to class. If a participant has been recently exposed to covid, or learns that they were exposed in the course of their workshop, they are required to not attend for three (consecutive) days, take a negative test and be symptom free before returning to class. In this case, exposure is defined as the student having been in close contact with someone who tested positive (indoors, unmasked, and less than 6 feet apart). If a student is not feeling well, they are highly encouraged not to attend class even with a negative test.

Refund Policy

Cancellation within 14 days of a workshop start date results in the full loss of tuition. Cancellation and transfers can be made with no fee up to 14 days before the start date. Cancellations made in regards to COVID-19 will be refunded in full. Workshops may be cancelled by PAAM up to one day in advance due to underenrollment. In this case, tuition will be refunded in full. The Museum School is not responsible for losses incurred due to housing, travel or other arrangements. All participants are expected to arrive on time and to cultivate an attitude of mutual respect towards others. PAAM is committed to providing all participants with meaningful and productive educational experiences. As a result, PAAM reserves the right to refuse admission to any workshop, or to deny further participation to anyone who may adversely affect the quality of the educational experience. Anyone denied access to the remainder of a session, at the sole discretion of PAAM, will not be granted a refund. No pets are allowed in our studios.
